We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to allow for a smooth check-in process.

Is there a payment and when is it due for the event?

Only matched individuals invited to an event must pay. Once you receive a match and an invitation to a Spark Social Event, your payment is due within 7 days to confirm your spot. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, you will be considered for the next matching event you qualify for. Please ensure timely payment to secure your participation in the event.

How will I be informed of the event’s location?

You will receive the event location and details in the notification email once your match is confirmed.

What if I am unable to attend after registering?

Please notify us immediately if you cannot attend. We will provide you with a credit to reschedule for the next event, subject to our one-time rescheduling policy. Please note that rematching is not guaranteed.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

No, we do not offer refunds for any cancellations.

No, you don’t need to reach out. We will inform you if you have been matched.

Is a match guaranteed when I create a profile?

Creating a free profile does not ensure a match, as matches are determined by a panel based on compatibility.
